Test Results
I went to the doctor to get the results from my chloresterol test today. Last year I was at 248 (Very, very bad) This year since watching what I eaten since June I'm at 133. The doctor even asked what I was doing.

I'm not overweight anymore! ! ! !
I hit one of my mini goals this morning. According to my BMI I'm not overweight as of today. I started out this journey obese and I'm not down where I want to be, but it feels soooooooo good!

Fruit Portions
Someone referenced a posting that gave what a "normal" portion was for different fruits the other day. If someone has the link for that post or would just bump it I would appreciate it. I'm really trying to get my portions under control. Thanks :flowerforyou:

Should I eat before or after I exercise?
I can't work-out in the morning (I already get up at 5am to get to work on time) so I've been exercising after I get home in the afternoon. Should I eat dinner before or after doing my workout?

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred
I just finished (almost) Level 1. I didn't realize just how out of shape I am. Does anyone know approximately how many calories each level burns or how I should log it? Thanks :flowerforyou:
