Eat all your calories plus 500 or so for a couple of days. That will usually bring me out of it. Don't cut your calories any more or you will go into starvation mode.

Be careful doing the last one. I just tried it and hit my knee on the desk drawer. :sad: Boy did that hurt. I have a wall behind me and I can't back up that far.:laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

I had really good luck with the patch. Just make sure you do all the step downs for as long as they tell you. You've already taken the first step. Just start logging your foods before you eat them and you'll start making better choices add a little exercize to start and go from there. Baby steps

If I were you I'd shoot for a pound a week. Don't set yourself up to be disappointed. If you drop more than the 6 pounds you'll be very happy and if you just make the 6 pounds you will have met your goal. It's too discouraging to set goals and then not be able to attain them. Barb

I went to the doctor to get the results from my chloresterol test today. Last year I was at 248 (Very, very bad) This year since watching what I eaten since June I'm at 133. The doctor even asked what I was doing.

Must have been the weekend for this. I had 2 small pieces of pizza and woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible belly ache. Must have been too greasy.:sad:
