So I just have something to share...

We have a health fair at work today with massages, flu shots, blood pressure screenings, and cholesterol testing.

I knew that my blood pressure was high when I was a junior in high school. I weighed about 200 pounds at that point.

I am happy to report that today, my blood pressure was OFFICIALLY 118 / 78!!!

    Good for you!

    I've been learning lately through my family's experience how important it is to have a healthy blood pressure. That is a very important part of being a healthy person!
