Started lifting and GAINING weight
I know that is natural... you lift weights, you will gain weight in muscle. HOWEVER, I am only lifting twice a week and doing cardio 3-4 times a week for minimum an hour, eating VERY clean and still I'm gaining!! I am SUPER confused about this.
