Arch pain after long runs
Does this happen to anyone else? After some runs (3-6 miles) my left foot arch hurts really bad making me walk funny. But not after every run.. My boss had it too and went to a chiropractor and apparently it was a pinched nerve and now he is fine.. That just seems weird to me and I don't want to spend money running around…
