Changing goal settings, wont let me do it manually.
My protein goal is too low so i want to change it. I go to settings, goals, manuallu update and save changes and it goes back to resetted my mfp! I wont lose any weight if it stays at the low protein. Anyone have any idea how to do it? Thanks.

which scales to use? different weights on two.
I weighed myself on the electronic scales and was so peeved off i weigh 13 stone 10 pounds! Weighed myself on the basic scales on the same spot and it said 13 stone 4 pounds. What scales do you use and recommend i should do regarding mine?

DO YOU HAVE TO EAT THE CALORIE INTAKE?
My calorie intake is 1200-1300 a day. Some day's i find it hard to eat and am under. Will i still lose weight if i am under or do i have to eat the calorie intake?

1759 TDEE
So, i have tried and tried to work out my calorie intake to lose weight. 1759 is my tdee and worked out my calorie intake is Is this right? I am disabled so i don't do exercise. I am 5ft 5 42 yrs old and 181lbs. Can anyone give any insight into this. Good luck every one and thanks.
