Hello.
i have been logging everything in for the past 5 weeks when i started my calorie counting weight loss.
I am 5ft 4. I weighed 178lb,s five weeks ago. I weighed myself this morning and was really upset when the scales read 13stone!!!
how? why? I have been sticking under my calorie count of 1400 and i drink water. i also go on my exercise bike for 30mins a day.
i cant ride longer due to health issues.
I am feeling really down and fat and ugly and even having to buy bigger clothes.
I really can not understand why i am not losing any weight, not even a pound =(
I suffer from a immune deficiancy but i doubt this has anything to do with it because i have been ill since 1997 and i did weight nine stone.
the weight has only crept up in the last twelve months and i am frustrated because i keep blaming the scales instead of myself.
Is anyone else having the same problem? does any one have any advice?
ps....Due to my health i am not very mobile hence the low cals and the 30 mins exercise bike.

Hm. This sounds very weird. Is it possible that you're underestimating your portion sizes? It's a very common thing, I had this problem before I actually started measuring everything I ate.
Another thing that may be happening is that your food choices may be setting you off. Is your diary public?0 -
hey. Thanks for the reply,
I will make my diary public.
i am seeing one of my consultants soon so i will mention it.0
