So I need some meal and snack ideas from people who have had weight loss success. I work full time and have a 22 month old. I don't have a lot of time to fix meals so often I find that I need to buy a quick meal. Help.
So my hubby and I went on a walk tonight probably 15 minutes after eating dinner and it was about 2 miles+ and a good pace. On the way back I started feeling faint and numb in places and by the time we were home, I felt like I could puke. Anyone have any ideas on what might cause that?
