How do I add the 30 day shred to my diary?

I can't seem to find it on the exercises already on there.

    This may not be too helpful...but if you can invest in a Heart Rate Monitor I'd highly recommend it! At times I've burned way less than what these kinds of sites say and other times I've burned way more. Just an idea. Either way - you are doing awesome!

    Do you have a heart rate monitor? I use mine and then just record the calories myself. I burn about 330 calories in the 30 minutes

    I just added it to my exercise file, I did the same for all my DVDs--so I know how many cal I burn for each DVD. I wear a HRM.
