Starting the Carnivore Diet
I am starting the Carnivore Diet and trying it for 30 days. I have read good things about how it can help me with a couple of health issues I am having. Are there any tips I need to know about that may not be discussed in books or in the YouTube videos? TIA

Back in the Game
Gave myself a treat and took the weekend off. I only gained a couple pounds. (Not too shabby actually.) But nose is back to the grindstone!! Still have 29lbs to go! :smile:

A Doctor's Reward
Well I had my weigh in at the clinic last night...down to 267.8 Saw my primary doctor this morning for my regular checkup, which I was really nervous about. Halfway down the road of weight lost
Well I completed my weekly weigh-in tonight....267.8 (I rounded off to 268) :blushing: 42 Down....43 to go. I am skinnier than when my wife and I met 9 years ago and she is so loving the change!! :happy: I see my doctor tomorrow for a checkup. I would love to get a kodak of his expression when he sees me!! :tongue:

Two weeks later...
It has been 2 weeks since I started down the path to losing weight and feeling better. As of this morning, I have lost 10 lbs thanks to a 1200 cal diet and exercise. I think thats a pretty good start! :happy:
