Phil is right...need rest days. Alternate your days. I do a hard day of cardio and alternate it with a day of combo of light cardio and weight training that gives you a workout in all major muscle groups. Should talk to a fitness specialist at your gym about the dizziness and see if he/she can help you with an all around…

Gave myself a treat and took the weekend off. I only gained a couple pounds. (Not too shabby actually.) But nose is back to the grindstone!! Still have 29lbs to go! :smile:

I have Breakfast - Yogurt Snack - Fruit and 1/2 c Cheerios (Honey Nut Rocks) Lunch - Salad with 2-3 oz of meat Snack - Fruit or Veggies with a dab of dressing Dinner - 4-5 oz of meat, 1/2 c cooked veggie, 1/3 c rice or potato product

Hang in there DJ...the weight will come off and you will be back in form in no time. :wink: Just figure out whats not working...whether it is your diet plan or your workout. Find what the roadblocks are and work your way around them and pretty soon the weight will be melting off. We are here for you when ya need to vent!…

I too am a fitness fanatic. The advice in the previous threads are good. 6 small meals every 2.5-3.5 hrs is very good. I have fiber supplements in my diet...morning and night with meals. I workout during my lunch hour and I usually have a little some prior to the workout to take the hunger edge off till I eat lunch…

Hard at first...not going to lie! :smile: But once I got the routine going with diet and exercise, it felt really good. I carry myself a little different nowadays! :wink:
