So I havent been losing weight and I think I just need to eat more and push harder because im down to my last 10-15lbs, but I eat healthy when im hungry... am I supposed to eat mire fruits and veggies, whatever when im not hungry? hate running
So I have a question, I hate running always have. But I know cardio is important when losing fat, so instead I walk on a very steep incline at 3.5mph will this still help me lose what I need to within time?

walking off the inches?
Hey everyone. . So im losing inches on my hips and waist.. yay :) but nothing on my thighs and I walk a lot well an hour a day every day, is it just patience that i need for that area? Or is there other things I can do for thighs? Im just confused as far as what to do and what not to do to slim down legs.

calories burned?
Im sure this is a repeat question, sorry about that...but does anyone know if MFP is accurate when recording calories lost? I dont have a heart rate monitor so i have no idea if im actually burning this many calories so i dont know how many calories i should eat back! Please let me know :)

Ok, so I love tofu and its so good for you, however my husband will only try it "if i can cover up the taste". Logging exercise?
I do a lot of body weight exercises in my routine, squats, burpees, mountain climbers ect. does anybody log these kind of workouts in your exercise diary? if so what do you put as a category?

Hey everyone, Im currently trying to lose about 15 more pounds and some of it is the belly.. I have read however by doing crunches it could Make belly fat look worse! Is this true? Should I lose the weight first and then focus on abs? I should note Im not just focusing on abs its just in my routine.

For the people who workout in the morning, is it better to eat breakfast before or after your workout? I usually workout in the morning for about 45-60 minutes but I want to be able to maximize my workouts.

The scale isnt moving!
ok, so i watch what i eat and am eating about 1100 calories a day, have cut out all beverages except water, im working out 5-6 days a week and im down to my last 10lbs and the scale isnt budging. Help :(
