Chicken, avacado, cucumbers, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, gallon of ice cream, cheese, bagels, fish, lots of veggies, peanut butter, quinoa, white rice. Pretty much anything that helps me meet my macro and micro goals. There's no limitations!

I make sure I have the meat I'm planning to cook that evening in my refrigerator and unfrozen, and on hand in the refrigerator I always have eggs (usually I have some on hand hard-boiled), cottage cheese, some kind of milk, and Greek yogurt, as well as some feta cheese, since I like it in omelets. I also have olive oil (the spray kind and a bottle), vinegars, a variety of fruits and vegetables (including some I like raw), and some kind of starchy veg/carb side (potato, sweet potato, and in the summer fresh corn are ones I rotate, I usually have some kind of rice, dried pasta (yes, really, it's great for a quick, mostly vegetable-based meal, I buy whole wheat often but will eat the white too), and steel cut oats (just because I prefer them to other kinds of oatmeal). Also coffee beans, and protein powder, and sometimes the egg whites in the carton, although I prefer whole eggs.

I have all kinds of other things too, but these are staples and what I buy regularly and with which I can whip up any meal or a lunch to take to work super quickly, do a fast pre/post workout snack if I want one or satisfy a desire for some quick non-cooked food, as well as just making breakfast and dinner quickly. For breakfast I basically figure out what kind of veggies I have that would be good in an omelet and make an omelet. For dinner I make my meat, some veggies, and whatever sides from the starches, fruit, dairy that seem to go and fit my calories/the size of the meal I'm planning, or else I incorporate it into a pasta dish or stir fry or omelet (usually if I did something else for breakfast).

I also always have at least 2 kinds of ice cream, as that's my treat of choice.
