walking off the inches?

Hey everyone. . So im losing inches on my hips and waist.. yay :) but nothing on my thighs and I walk a lot well an hour a day every day, is it just patience that i need for that area? Or is there other things I can do for thighs? Im just confused as far as what to do and what not to do to slim down legs.

    You can't spot reduce fat. Your body will shed it from wherever it wants to. Just continue doing what you're doing as long as it's working, and once your body fat percentage is lowered, you will see it come off of the areas you're looking for.

    I think that is just your body type. I tend to lose on my thighs and want to lose from my waist.:smile:
