need help with this

So I havent been losing weight and I think I just need to eat more and push harder because im down to my last 10-15lbs, but I eat healthy when im hungry... am I supposed to eat mire fruits and veggies, whatever when im not hungry? How do I go about this. Right now im eating 1200 calories. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner, no snacking because im simply not hungry

    Are you measuring/weighing your foods? Maybe you're eating more than you think you are.

    Don't eat fruits & veggies. Instead, look for calorie dense foods......nuts, nut butters, avocado, olive oil. Small portion sizes add up quick.

    10-15 pounds - you should be looking for about 1/2 pound a week. More aggressive weight loss makes it harder to support lean muscle, and your body doesn't have as much in the way of resources left.
