When I mean steep incline, after warming up, I put tge treadmill on an incline of 15 its as high as it will go lol

My schedule had some conflicts in it, so changed my schedule to get up at 4:45am to workout this whole week instead of just blowing off my workout. I'm not usually a morning person, that was kind of big for me lol

I have this issue too when it comes to certain things, i usually just make separate meats but keep the side dishes the same. Like if he wants steak, i make him steak and i have chicken, but both of us enjoy the same veggies and brown rice so we eat that. Making the same dish but separate meats isn't to hard its basically…

Since you dont seem to like water you could try adding to it, I used to put slices of lemon, lime and cucumber in my water when I wanted something with taste and it worked well and got me to drink it more often at first!

yea for junk food i just stopped buying it and stopped having it in the house. if i have a chocolate craving which i do get i buy a small bag of mini chocolate chips and make whole wheat oatmeal chocolate chip muffins

It honestly just depends. . Some people do some don't. I personally don't eat my calories back and if I do its still pretty close to my daily goal. It really depends on what works best for your body and your weightloss. If you do decide however to eat the calories back, I would suggest eating back healthy calories... eat…

I love tofu! And the turkey meatballs and polenta sounds so good! There also seems like good receipes in that cookbook thanks for the suggestions :) im really trying to let money interfere with good and healthy dinners but some of the receipes I have found online can get pretty pricey!

Thanks for all the feedback! I have been working out and then eating because im not doing anything to crazy in the morning usually just an hour run, and it works for me. I tried eating first and I did not feel well during my run so I guess it just depends on who you are. But as long as it doesnt affect the actual workout…

I just stopped nursing about 10 days ago, unfortunetley he was'nt getting what he needed so I had to switch to formula, but he is 6 1/2 weeks old.

I had the same issue, so I bought a workout dvd to do early in the morning before my son wakes up that way by about 10pm its way easier to fall asleep. You could also try sleepy time tea, works wonders.
