Jamba juice help!
I've searched the jamba juice, strawberry wild for the 16oz. serving and the majority results show an average of 250 cals. The store had it at 370. Does someone know something I don't? Yes, I started my Fitness Pal on M. D. I am that nuts. I then realized I am going to need support and lots of positive reinforcement. :drinker: I'm very much the chocolaholic so keeping track of calories is my best strategy. I tried to just use a food journal but that did give me enough accountability. -Mari
