How fast do you run on the treadmill?
I am doing the c25k program but i am only running like 5 mph when I do the run I weigh 194 so I am sure this plays a role in it.... I am only on week 2 day 2 ... how fast were you running around this day of the program? Am I going to slow?

Well today I went swimming and my husband actually noticed that my bathing suit fit better. I consider that progress. It made me pretty happy... still have a way to go... but made some progress...

eating out?
So, my husband works in another state and so we stay in a hotel ALL week... so I have to eat out EVERYDAY... I am doing good with weight loss... but I was wondering if anyonne had any good suggestions on what to eat at fastfood .

wish I started earlier
I am doing good... but I wish I had started thsi earlier. I have lost 8 lbs. went from 203 to 195 but I am going to the beach in four weeks and wish I were at least in the 170s ... i know that isnt possible but what about mid 180's in four weeks would that be possible?

how do I trim my thighs?
So, anyone have any suggestions on how I can trim my thighs down... they are HUGE. I am fat but they were even big when I was 120 lbs in highschool... EVEN when I was on the swim team. does the eliptical machine help much with them.

Is it necessary to eat the extra calories that you burn off?
I never eat all of my calories a day because of the ones I have to add on when I burn them with cardio. Do I HAVE to eat them... I try my best but I just cant eat over 1300.

How did I gain weight when I worked out so well...
So, I walked 3 miles everyday except for thursday which I walked 4 miles. PLUS I done well on my diet and didnt eat over the calories I am supposed to have. BUT, I gained 2 pounds. I had done so well the first two weeks and lost 7 lbs. Anyone know what happened by any chance... I just need to know...
