Getting back on track
I took last week off. I didn't exercise, I ate everything in reach and I ignored MFP. And now I'm over it and looking to get back in the game. Any good tips for how to jump start being healthy again? I'm still feeling rather lazy.

Halfway there
I'm so nervous about being halfway to my HealthyWage goal. I usually end up doing quite badly in the winter time (as I'm too tired and glum to care about treating my body right). I sincerely hope that having money on the line will help me stick to my plan throughout the cold months.

Halloween - how's everyone doing?
Just curious and hopeful that everyone is eating well and avoiding an all-out binge on Halloween candy tonight. Remember that it's OK to help yourself to a piece or two as long as you're controlling the candy and the candy isn't controlling you (now wouldn't that be spooky)
