How do I find the threads that I've actually posted in
Is there a way to be able to bring up threads I've actually posted in, even if they're not ones I've started?

So ladies, what would a short guy have to do to get you to date them?
So quick background before I go into the topic in question: I'm 39, and 5'4" straight male, who's never been on a date in his life and probably will never be on one, mainly because of social anxiety, that said. We've heard about how for the most part women like taller men, it's a fact of life. You may be the exception to…

problem about discussion notifications
For some reason I still can't post in the help forum. In any case, I have it notify me of discussions I participated in, only problem is, some of these threads have left me far behind and I'm still getting their notifications. Is there a possible way to shut off notifications from a specific message thread? So that way I…

Anyone do the Runner's World Beginner Program (instead of the c25k)?
Just curious if anyone has done the RW beginner prog. Every thing I've read mentions c25k but not the other. And you know what I hear most about c25k, is that they end up quitting or that it gets too hard (and yes I realize you should go slow, but still that many people having trouble with it -- In fact I tried to start…

Interval software?
Anyone know of a program (for windows) that would let you set intervals (say 1 minute jog, 2 min walk), and then allow you to load mp3's in where it will generate a new mp3 with the timer sounds and the music behind it?

Issues with mfp
I know it's not fun and games, but there are two questions I have, one is why can I post in the tech support/need help forum, and two, how does "bumping" or "tagging" for later help you retrieve messages. I can only look at "My Discussions" on the forum page, I can't find a way to access any threads i've participated in…

Runner's World 8-week beginner program, Couch-to-5K, or both?
Looking at the getting started wiki in the fitness sub on reddit -- they show two beginner running programs, Runner's world and C25K -- Wondering if one would be better than the other and if it would be helpful to do both? the RW program, gets you running to 2 miles (or so it claims, really it just gets you running steady…

Is there a way to lose bodyfat with just EXERCISE (including cardio, strength training etc) alone?
tl;dr - Counting calories is a pain the butt. I move less now, would like to know how to lose bodyfat primarily through exercise (strength training and/or cardio) if possible irrespective of diet. - So quickly I realize that diet has to be a big priority. I also realize even when you exercise a lot you can't just pig out…

Walking slow and burning calories
Today I walked around Disney World for about 3 hours. Now I used the exercise database and added that, it claims I burned 769 calories, doesn't seem right, because me and my Dad were doing that when we moved down here at least 3 times a week for a couple of months, and we didn't see any weight loss. Now either I'm grossly…

Net Calories Consumed / Day - is this right?
I seem to remember calculating my basal metabolic rate and resting mr, and I came to the conclusion that maintaining my weight would be somewhere between 1800-1900 calories, however, this thing claims I can eat 2060 a day and lose 1/2 lb a week. Doesn't sound right to me. When I was losing weight the year before last, I…

New here, 39 male, need to lose about 80 lbs (true story)
My name is Keith, and I'm currently hovering around 225 lbs, and I'm 5'4" male. Ideally I should be around 145, the lowest I've gotten to at all was about 165 which was done by counting calories. Just got tired of it and eventually stopped. Hopefully using myfitnesspal to keep track of stuff will be easier.
