I know there's different types of yoga (piyo, hit etc). However if it was the generic vinyasa yoga, would you go braless?

DOMS: Immediately after, night of, or day after... Does it matter?
Does it really matter how long after you have DOMS, and does length of time also count? Like if you workout on Monday, but feel well enough to workout again on Saturday.

Use LESS or MORE coconut oil in place of mayo / butter?
Also, wouldn't the state of the coconut oil (solid or liquid) make a difference?

Does it REALLY matter how my workout schedule's laid out?
Does it matter what muscle groups are worked on what day? Say I worked out every other day. 1 day arms / shoulders, one day back / abs, & 1 day butt / thigh / legs, with yoga on the occasional 4th day. Can I repeat the cycle or should I change it up every once in awhile?

How long should you wait between programs or rounds after you finish?
