Anyone else tracking their sugar? I need advice.
I am finding it impossible to stay within the sugar goal each day. Today for example, all I ate was salad and a V8 and I only have four grams left. I am sure I will probably go over after dinner. Does anyone have any tips or advice for keeping the sugar low?
