Celery & Salsa! I like celery, but I like ranch which is calorie-killer. I like salsa, but I like tortilla chips which are also bad. So...put 2 & 2 together and I could eat celery with salsa! Yum! (I'm a lil slow...i know.. :laugh: )

I have found that while eating a meal....
If you put your fork down in between bites it will take longer for you to finish your meal but you will feel fuller quicker. Do you drink protein after a workout?
Anytime I have a workout, I always drink protein. I mix 1 scoop of my protein with water and have that. Does anyone else do that? Should I be doing that?
