Got a potluck on Friday...looking foward to it!

It's not the usual "sign up and bring an unknown dish..."
We are having a taco bar potluck on Friday. I made up the sign-up sheet and listed items usually on a taco. I signed up to bring ground turkey, and if no one else signs up, I'm going to bring chopped lettuce. I plan on having a taco salad with healthy fixings.
I can have a good and tasty lunch on friday, and it'll be fun! I love Potluck days!
(though my coworkers may look at me funny when they see me measuring stuff...)
