Breakfast food ideas
Does anybody have some quick nourishing food ideas for breakfast? I'm tired of eating the same thing, scrambled eggs. I need something that will keep me full till about 1:30 in the afternoon. That is the reason I eat eggs. Open to suggestions. Thanks:smile:

Tell me what I'm doing wrong!
I joined MFP a month ago, and I haven't lost one pound!! This is so frustrating:cry: My daily calories is set at 1280, most days I am under by a few. I exercise four times a week, usually on the curves circuit. I will welcome any helpful suggestions. Thanks!
