Having that issue right now. I am reducing my sodium and drinking more water.0

I just reduce my sodium, drink lots of water and get in a little extra exercise. Usually works for me.0

When it's close to my TOM, nothing really works. You could try increasing water, decreasing sodium, and maybe adding some tea with lemon. If you are doing new exercise, it could possibly be holding water in your muscles for protection. Just know that it is temporary and will be gone in a few days.0
