Hi, Does anybody use pea or soy protein, I've found them pretty cheap and the protein content seems a bit high than whey. Avoiding Sugar
Does anybody have any ideas of meals/snacks that I can eat that contain little or no sugar. I'm a pescetarian (eat fish but no meat) I already avoid low fat foods because the fat is just replaced by sugar and my metabolism can handle fat better than it can sugar.
