HEART RATE MONITOR

Hi, I've been after a HRM for a while but I simply cannot afford one good enough. The best I can find in budget is the Puma Cardiac II. Has anybody got this that can recommend it too me or does anybody in the UK know of any good offers on any others, I don't really have more than £30 to spend.
