Going over your Max Heart Rate?
Is it bad to go over your max heart rate during exercise? Let's say, mine is 189, and sometimes I read 192 during very intense exercise (my HRM starts beeping).

Anti-cellulite shorts/pants?
Anybody tried these consistently and seen results? I wonder if they really help you shed more weight (because you sweat?) and improve your skin by getting rid of the cellulite?

Can you wear a HRM all day long and would it be accurate in showing my how many calories I burn during the day?

Do you count tea as your water intake? I try to drink 8 bottles of water a day, but I also drink about 3 big cups of tea. Do they count as water? What about iced tea or coffee?

Can you lose weight without exercising?
So I maybe only have 10 pounds or so to lose, but with the baby I don't have the energy or time to exercise (at least not yet). Can I really lose weight by just dieting? I watch my carbs, try to drink lots of water and eat lots of protein/healthy fats. (P.S. I haven't logged in my diary in a while, so no need to look at…

What kind of equipment do you use for CE?
