Anybody tried these consistently and seen results?
I wonder if they really help you shed more weight (because you sweat?) and improve your skin by getting rid of the cellulite?

I always thought reduction in body fat minimizes the appearance of cellulite..... Not wearing certain shorts or pants.
ETA: I also thought sweating would be water weight and not fat?0 -
A link would be nice....0

I've always heard that they help for a little while (while basically squishing the cellulite into smaller pieces) and then it comes back. It's only a temporary fix. It is like those fat shakers they had in the 60's! It just moves it around to appear less noticeable but is still there.0

Sweating doesn't result in fat loss but water loss. Cellulite is the appearance of fat trapped in cells causing the dimpled look. Lower overall body to reduce the look. You CANNOT rid yourself of cellulite unless you go under the knife. The shorts are a gimmick.
