When People Start Noticing....

Big Breakfast...Lose Weight?
I read somewhere that if you eat a "big healthy" breakfast you are more likely to lose weight. But what if I know I am going to be having a big lunch.....then what? so many rules so little time....anyone able to shed some light on my continuous confusion? :smile: Thanks Bunches1 :flowerforyou:

Dumb Question.........
Well according to this site.....doing sit-ups or ab work does not burn calories......but I read that if your heart rate is up and your muscels are burning that you are burning calories.....I do an ab class for 15 minutes and I would like to know how many calories I am burning. Now I don't have a hrm or a body bug or…

Just got a George Foreman
Hey there, I just got a new George Foreman (I know a bit late) and I was wondering if anyone had any good HEALTHY ideas. I grilled Asparagus on it last night and it was fantastic. Water vs Sparkling Water.....Same thing?
Anyone know if you can count Sparkling Mineral Water as your goal to "8 glasses a day"? Or is is just regular old H2O?

A bad snack and I feel instantly FAT
I just had 6 BBQ chips and a BITE of a cookie, and I feel instantly fat. I have already worked out, had a healthy b-fast and lunch and a lil' slip up and BOOM, Huge Heffa again. Anyone else ever feel this way? :grumble:

My Meals....How do they work
I would like to know if there is some way to add the "My Meals" option to the food diary? I create these meals, but then when I want to add them to my Food Diary for another day or meal, I have to input every ingredient again. Am I missing something? Thanks. :indifferent:
