I just had 6 BBQ chips and a BITE of a cookie, and I feel instantly fat. I have already worked out, had a healthy b-fast and lunch and a lil' slip up and BOOM, Huge Heffa again. Anyone else ever feel this way? :grumble:

Yeah, but I usually get over it. Drink a big glass of water and calculate the calories you just ate. Do some extra jumping jacks to burn them off and you won't feel "fat" (AKA guilty ) anymore.0

haha I love that you sadi "Huge Hefa" that put a big smile on my face!
No need to feel guilts or fat...we have to "slip" every now and then otherwise we will give in all at once and eat loads of sweets! That would be bad. To indulge a little every now and then an then to do the extra work to get rid of it is better than to completely avoid all of our favorite things. Take it more as a strategic move thant a F.A.I.L
Hope this helps a little bit!0 -
I'm the same way...and when I feel fat I figure I should just keep eating because I am already fat anyway!!! Don't let it get you down!!! A few chips and a bite of cookie is probably less than 200 calories! No biggie!!! Go for a walk and you will be fine!0

Run up and down stairs for 5 minutes. OR turn on your favorite song and dance like nobody's watching0

I love all the suggestions. It seems like everyone is trying to say don't worry, just put out a little extra exertion and you will be alright! The most important thing is to not sabotage yourself. Sometimes we can be our own worse enemy!
