I keep hearing about how coconut oil is good for you, but I dont really understand what types of stuff you can use it for...anyone have any ideas?!

So I just completed my first week of of the C25k plan, but my left knee is starting to hurt...Im not sure if I should keep running or what. This seems to always happen when I start really commiting to a work out. Maybe its because I weigh 215? Anyways this really sucks Ive been looking forward to running for the first time…

Has anyone ever done any work out videos by Jeanette Jenkins? I really want to get a work out video for kickboxing and came across one by her, but Im not sure Ive never heard of her before..

Hey I just got my HRM a few weeks ago and was wondering, why do you have to get the chest strap wet? And is it okay if I put the chest strap on 30mins/an hour before I work out? I usually put it on at home then drive to a trail to hike on or whatever and am not sure if it needs to get wet right before I used it or what...

And I was so excited because there was a story in there about how this lady lost weight, and it said she used myfitnesspal.com to track calories. I was so excited I told my boyfriend but he didnt seem to really care but anyways I thought it was cool. lol

can you wear your hrm just to track how many calories you burn walking? Just got mine yesterday, all I know is it will beep at my every 5 seconds if my heart rate isnt where it should be, so Im guessing walking with it will be REALLY annoying...

Question for those who use a heart rate monitor:
How many calories do you burn versus how many myfitnesspal says? I usually feel like myfitnesspal overestimates how many calories I burn.

How do I log "Shred it With Weights"?
I mean its both cardio and weights, but I think its more lifting weights...tried logging it under stength training, as kettlebell but that didnt work...So do I just do circuit under cardio? Ugh! I really like this site but logging my workouts has become a pain in the butt!
