Hellooooo out there! Anyone still doing morning workouts? I have to admit I've been pretty bad this winter - I blame the lack of light in the morning! I did get in 16 minutes of a kickboxing video this morning though. It felt great and I need to remind myself of this when my alarm goes off from now on.

Anyone use www.stickk.com for extra motivation? It's a website where you can bet and lose money (which goes to charity) if you don't stick to your goals (example: workout 4x week). Sounds interesting, but I'm not sure it's worth it.

Brussels Sprouts recipe anyone will eat!
Shred the sprouts and saute them on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Once they are heated through, add some Trader Joes Cranberry Apple Butter (20 calories per Tbsp) and a sprinkle of sea salt and serve immediately.
