heart rate question

Recently when I run my HRM says I'm over my "target zone" heart rate. Is this something I should worry about? I feel fine when I'm working out and don't want to stop or slow down if it isn't necessary.

Not to worry if you are healthy and you are just slightly over. If you get way over, just reduce intensity a bit till you recover.0

it just means you're out of your "optimum" fat burning zone.0
