heart rate question

Recently when I run my HRM says I'm over my "target zone" heart rate. Is this something I should worry about? I feel fine when I'm working out and don't want to stop or slow down if it isn't necessary.

Not to worry if you are healthy and you are just slightly over. If you get way over, just reduce intensity a bit till you recover.

it just means you're out of your "optimum" fat burning zone.

im with ya on this one....last night the sensor on the elliptical said my HR was 180....and according to my age my top should be around 165ish for cardio and low should be 126ish for fat burning. so clueless :o)
