doing p90x but instead I have found myself thrown on the couch without any motivation at all. I'm just looking at the blank tv cause it's off. I need someone to kick me or shake me and tell me to get off my phat *kitten*!!! I I hate feeling this way. :grumble: :grumble:

Weight watchers yogurt
is delicious and only 100 calories. It gives me the quick sweet tooth fix I need. I highly recommend it to anyone, I especially recommend the amaretto cheesecake. My only question is, how can something that taste so good be good for you? Any thoughts?

No feeling after a full body workout
My trainer just put me thru a full body workout. Now my Arms And legs feel like total spaghetti. What is a good stretching exercise or would a nice warm shower help. Any suggestions.

But it blows a week before your cycle and you gain weight. I gained 3lbs and it sucks because I have been working out like the devil and eating right with the exception of my cheat meal which wasnt that bad. Anyway I am just ticked had to vent.
