Small discomfort

Earlier today I went to the gym and did interval running for about 30minutes, followed by 15mins on the stair-master. Now I don't know if I stepped wrong or maybe I just pushed myself to hard. Regardless, I have began to feel not soreness more like small pain right where my leg and my thigh meet on my left side. I hope I have not hurt myself. Maybe stretching will help? Any suggestions.

    I get this sometimes after I run. Hard to explain but basically right where my hip joint is it just hurts. Usually by the next day the feeling has gone away. Just don't push yourself too hard. This only happens to me when I run, never gotten it after Jillian Michael's videos. Something about the running movement I guess. I'm interested in what others say.
