After an hour and a half workout at the gym, I get home and my son says, " Mom can we please go run... Pleeeeeaaaassseeee Mom Pleeeeeaaaassseeee Mom Pleeeeeaaaassseeee Mom Pleeeeeaaaassseeee Mom". How could I say no. We ended up jogging one lap and running sprints/walk another one. I am officially immobile, laying in my bed about to crawl off of it cause I am Soooo tired. What one will do for their offspring. Love you Jorgie. I can't say no and if I break my routine at the gym I know I'll fall of the wagon sort of speak. Im just tiiiiiirreeed.

Gotta love the kids!!!! But good for you for going even though you were tired! this way, he will learn at an early age about exercise and have fun with it. It's always nicer to do it with a buddy! Way to go mom!0

That's awesome that you went! My daughter went for a run with me once, and she complained that I was too slow... now I don't let her run with me anymore. LOL0

He's a type 1 diabetic so I am trying to set a good health and fitness example. What was funny is that on our second lap he was yelling out "mom my appendix mom!!!" he was holding his stomach just out of air Lolol.
My husband just knods his head and waves as we pass by him.0 -
I always say that I get two workouts a day. Mine is first thing in the morning, and playing with my son is workout number two after dinner. I feel your pain!0
