No feeling after a full body workout

My trainer just put me thru a full body workout. Now my Arms And legs feel like total spaghetti. What is a good stretching exercise or would a nice warm shower help. Any suggestions.

    usually a stretching then a shower and sitting on my couch help me!

    For me (my experience) if I have worked hard and feel spaghetti-ish....I'm gonna end up sore. I usually take a couple ibuprophen and soak for a bit with Epsom Salt in the tub. Stretching during as well as after the soak helps. If I sit or lay down and start to stiffen up I have to stretch out the kinks again. Those air activated stick on heat pads help sometimes.

    The Epsom Salt bath suggestion is an awesome one. Use some warm water and that will help your muscles relax.

    I sat down for a bit and my husband says I passed out cold. Even snored really loud. Wow I must of been tired.
