is delicious and only 100 calories. It gives me the quick sweet tooth fix I need. I highly recommend it to anyone, I especially recommend the amaretto cheesecake. My only question is, how can something that taste so good be good for you? Any thoughts?

Actually I don't know that it really is "good" for you, just low calorie, low fat. But to make it taste good they have to load it up with a bunch of fake sugar and preservatives. I'd rather eat some greek yogurt drizzled with honey, or the Fage yogurt with fruit to mix in. YUM!!! And loads of protein to keep you full.0

Does it have aspartame in it???? If so, be careful. I prefer the CHOBANI'S Greek yogurts...a little more calories but a great source of protein and no artificial sweetners. The Pineapple (fruit on the bottom) is delicious and the OIKOS has a caramel greek yogurt (I buy it in a 4-pack 4 oz at walmart) and dip apple slices in it! Tastes sooo good....almost makes you feel like you are cheating!0

I used to love the WW yoghurts but they do have an awful lot of sweeteners in and I've grown more sensitive to that over the years. I tend to have Danone Activia yoghurts instead - they probably have sweeteners in them too tbh but you can't taste them as much!0

I like the activia yogurts as well. This was the first time I tried weight watchers.0 -
WW yogurts I believe have splenda in them, not aspartame. I used to eat those, but have switched to greek yogurt. I love the Chobani yogurts, especially the Strawberry Banana. So good and creamy! Will have to try that caramel one, sounds good.0

I agree with everyone here: WW yogurt isn't actually good for you, and you should try Greek yogurt instead. I love Fage 0% and 2% with the little cups of fruit.0
