Well, I finally passed the halfway point on my weight loss ticker this morning! Feels pretty good to be over the halfway mark :)

got the flu, lost some pounds
But should I expect them to come back? I've been sick for the past 5 days, and been reaching my calorie goal every day, yet I've already lost 5 pounds. Should I expect those to pile back on once this flu goes away? Is it just water that's been lost? Just wondering if anyone else has had this situation. Thanks!

Lowering carbs and increasing weight loss?
Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone has had good results when cutting out carbs after lunch. I've done the whole "no carb" thing before, and it worked great, but I felt like crap and the weight came right back. Lacking in the protein department.
Hey all, I very rarely eat meat, and when I do it's usually fish once every couple of weeks. My question is this: How can I up my protein? I'm currently doing a tough workout about 5 times a week, and would love to figure out a low calorie, high protein snack for afterwords. Tips?
