Added vs Naturally Occurring Sugar
When counting sugar grams, I always seem to go over because I eat 2-3 pieces of fruit a day (banana, orange, apple). My added sugar is only about 14g (sugar for tea). Do I need to be careful of total sugar intake, or only the added sugar?? Thx.

Ok, I know what am I doing wrong. I am eating approximately 925 cal a day and I excercise which puts me at a 500+ cal deficit. The problem is, I am not hungry for more.
