Added vs Naturally Occurring Sugar

When counting sugar grams, I always seem to go over because I eat 2-3 pieces of fruit a day (banana, orange, apple). My added sugar is only about 14g (sugar for tea). Do I need to be careful of total sugar intake, or only the added sugar?? Thx.

Stick with natural as much as you can. I don't worry about fruits. There are some fruits that have lower sugar content like the berry and melon family. HTH. Good luck!0
