start workout for summer
hey need motivation to join a gym. I have work so i am starting to think whats the point for working out before I work crazy hours. I know i can do it but whats the point when i will be moving so much at work. i don't want to work out too much so i wont be able to move at work but i would like to join a gym. any advice?

one mile
I am starting a new rutine for summer. wanting to actually run a whole mile is my goal then hopefully i can increase it. first of all I need baby steps. it's like learning how to walk all over again. if anyone has any plans or ideas of how to start a safe rutine to run a mile well i'm here to listen/read... ;)

same old story... i drink a tone of diet coke because i like the taste of it. im not too picky on my sodas just when they tamper with them like the lemon in the diet coke. whats with that? any way when your trying to eat healthy is diet coke ok? i know for calorie wise it is but its not so good for the teeth. so what do…
