Should I bulk or should I cut?
Hi all, Lately I've been getting into lifting again after several months of not lifting. My question is, should I bulk or should I cut? Currently I'm 6 foot and approximately 190 pounds

When do you decide to cut after bulking?
So I'm new to the whole cutting and bulking thing. I used to be 190ish and got down to 149. While I was happy losing that much weight 149 at 6 feet looked pretty weird. So I started bulking. I'm now about 170 pounds and thinking about doing a cut. I was just wondering when you guys decide to stop bulking and start cutting.

How should I eat on my off days?
Hi so I'm bulking, but I'm having a very hard time meeting my maintenance goal on my off days. On the days that I workout I'll eat a calorie surplus of 500. But on my off days I'll have trouble even reaching 2000 sometimes. I work from 1-11 so I can normally get in two meals or so and after work i'm not normally hungry.…

I cycle my lifts. So I figure out my max then each the first workout will be 80 then, 85, 90, 95, 100 and then i'll keep going till I find my new max and then start over. Would I be active or lightly active?
So I'm trying to decide whether I"m active or lightly active. I'm trying to bulk up and every other day I lift weights. I also do about 20 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week. I'm a meat cutter at a grocery store so I'm always moving around lifting things, cleaning, dealing with people and stuff like that. Thanks

Hi so after losing 45-50 pounds ( I haven't weighed myself in a while) I'm trying to get like ripped six pack and everything haha. I'm 6 foot and weigh 150. Hi I don't know much about vegans and vegetarians so this may seem like a dumb question to you but All I eat are vegetables, fruit, beans, whole wheat bread and seafood. Okay so I've 5 11 and have gone from 197 to 158 and I weigh myself every sunday. The problem is I've stayed 158 for several weeks and can't seem to go lower. I'm under my calorie goal and everything but I don't seem to be losing. Any tips or suggestions?
