Would I be active or lightly active?

So I'm trying to decide whether I"m active or lightly active. I'm trying to bulk up and every other day I lift weights. I also do about 20 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week. I'm a meat cutter at a grocery store so I'm always moving around lifting things, cleaning, dealing with people and stuff like that.
Thanks

How many steps do you average a day? If you don't know get a cheap pedometer. Less than 6,000 steps is sedentary, lightly active is up to about 10,000, twenty minutes of cardio two to three times a week averaged out over seven days is really not much, it's more likely your work lifestyle that will determine your activity level.

Many hypertrophy weights routines are heavy on the rest times, a lot of guys lift way too fast and some are stuffed with isolation moves, that won't add that much to your activity level unless you are doing high intensity compound moves, drop sets, supersets and the like.

Lightly active if you aren't sitting at a desk. Log your intentional exercise separately.

Personally, I'd start with lightly active...worst case scenario, you'll only lose about 1/2 of what your goal is. You can just adjust it from there. I started off sedentary and upped it to lighly active..even though I have a desk job I was more active than the MFP sedentary definition...which is pretty much in a coma. Literally, my net for 1Lb per week sedentary was a good 100 calories per day below my BMR, which is what doctors would feed me if I was in a coma in the hospital.

Alright thanks guys. I wasn't really sure about which one I was. I used to do cardio 6-7 times a week and about 35 minutes but now that I've started less cardio and more weight training I wasn't sure what to change it to
