Seem to have lost motavation

too many calories?
Is MFP allowing too many calories? I am usually a little under my allowed but still not losing . I have even tried to eat most & not losing. Vitamins

Not eating enough
I have read where if U don't eat enough U won't lose. Many years ago I lost 100 lbs in 1 year & hardly ever ate over 600-900 calories a day. Any one doing South beach?
I have been doing South Beach for a couple of months but right now it is going very slow.. too slow & that's why I'm here. I am wondering how others seem to doing here counting. I lost quite a bit just counting calories at 1st then switched to SB. SB is easier but sure slow for me. Thanks for any & all replies.

calories going lower
I noticed since I lost 2 lbs my calories allowed went down some. I'm guessing the lower my weight goes the less they let me eat. At the rate of 20 calories for 2 lbs by the time I lose the 35 lbs I want to lose I won't be having much to eat :ohwell:

New kid on the block
