I am doing South Beach. I also go to TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensible) So far this year I have lost 32lbs & haven't had any gains at my weekly weigh in this year. I weigh every morning too. My losing now is very SLOW. .. a 1/2 lb or less weekly. I get discouraged with so slow of loss. In South Beach we aren't supposed to count anything but as slow as I'm losing I am going to.
This seems to be the best site to track things in. I hope I did it right.
I need to figure out how to put in my own calculations to & then save them.
I think I'm gonna like this place :smile:

    Welcome! I am new to this too. A friend said to try it. So far I like it. Its super easy and I can scan in foods from my phone...super cool! Good Luck with your goals!
