I’ve been thinking of a drink (nothing like red bull) that I can take before a workout so that I can have more energy to lift weights and run. Is Eating Dinner Late, OKAY???
I have such a full schedule that I find myself having dinner at 8:30pm or 9pm during the week. My dinner is still healthy but I'm just eating late. Is it okay? I'm not going over on my calories.
