just don't feel
very motivated lately. It's hard to eat right and exercise when you're depressed, and it doesn't look like this funk will end any time soon :( Like today, I just wanted to sit around all day and eat eat eat. Just need some motivation.

Butter Beans
So I thought I'd expand the palate of my household and I bought a bag of frozen butter beans. The only problem is I have no idea what to do with them. Any ideas, beyond just boiling them and having them as a side dish?

Just wondering
How old do my kids have to be before I have to stop blaming them for my flabby tummy and massive hips :laugh: By the way, my youngest is almost 5, so I think I have passed that point already :blushing:

salsa pork chop
We just had this last week, and it will def be a very common meal in our house. It was awesome!! 4 center cut pork chops (about 12 ounces) 1 bag of frozen sweet corn 1 jar salsa dump it all into a crock pot in that order, cook on low all day. It was so yummy!!!!!!

I'm stuck
I'm stuck!!!! I've been stuck on my weight loss for about 4 weeks now. I've tried eating more, eating less, zigzagging, increasing exercise, decreasing exercise, changing exercise, eating everything in sight, eating only veggies and fruit, etc etc etc....What else can I do??

So frustrated
I'm getting to the point where I'm wondering what the use of eating healthy and exercising is if I can't lose weight. I've only lost about a pound in the last 3 weeks. What's the point of eating good foods and busting my butt exercising. Sorry...I know what the point is, I'm just venting that's all. I'm just really down on…
